Amy grew up in a small dairy town in central Wisconsin and attended college at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where she studied Creative Writing with a minor in Native American Studies. After earning her degree, she returned to Wisconsin (though to a slightly larger town) where she now lives with her husband and three children.
Her love of romance began when she started reading her mother’s extensive Barbara Cartland collection the summer she was thirteen. She now writes Regency and Western Historicals about dashing, and sometimes dangerous, men who know just how to get what they want and women who at times may be reckless, bold, and unconventional, but who always have the courage to embrace all that life and love have to offer.
