Wendy Laing is one half of the pseudonym or pen name "Dalziel Laing" of Dianne Dalziel and Wendy Laing, the co-authors of Mirror, Mirror. She is also a multi-published author in her own right.
In retirement, a writer, with a Teaching Diploma, a Bachelor of Arts Degree with majors in professional Writing (creative writing editing, publishing and Journalism) and Communications (mass media, and gender imaging) with electives in Literary Studies and Sociology, and Master of Arts (project/thesis called: "Severance Packages, A crime/Paranormal Novel and Exegesis focussing on the electronic and Digital publication of Creative Writing".
A "Jill-Of-All-Trades" Teacher, curriculum consultant, travel consultant, International Airline employee in passenger and cargo areas at Melbourne International Airport and city offices, and a Professional Dog Trainer! Wendy's had articles published in The Sunbury Times and The Anthony Warlow International Newsletter.

Widowed in 2016, Wendy lives in a retirement village with her four pawed family, Vicky, a sooky & loving adopted black Greyhound, whom she has trained and takes to Pet therapy at the local aged care each week - a hobby that she has enjoyed for over 30 years.
