Biography

When not writing or researching (a total obsession), Nancy's young grandchildren will be entertaining her, or she'll be getting creative in her Scottish garden (depending on the weather!). Binge-watching of historical series is a coveted luxury, as is keeping up with politics. Local event venues for signing/ selling her novels means superb opportunities for direct interaction with her readers. Presenting formal (and informal) presentations on her novels, and on Ancient Roman Scotland, to groups large and small is also a fabulous way to share the backdrops to her books.
Current memberships are with: Historical Novel Society; Scottish Association of Writers; Federation of Writers Scotland, Romantic Novelists Association and the Alliance of Independent Authors. She’s self-published with the author co-operative Ocelot Press.
