A little about the author;
Real Estate has been in my blood most of my life. I started out as a Realtor, then Broker. Then into the mortgage side of the housing market and investing in real estate.
Experience with properties that are rented out on both a short-term and long-term basis, as well as with performing renovations and flipping homes.
Most recently joined into a partnership and invested in a $34,500,000 retail shopping mall in Georgia.
With over forty years of experience working in the real estate industry in a variety of capacities, I would be delighted to help you get started in the Airbnb business. Sharing my enthusiasm for this field of work, which is something I feel very strongly about, as well as educating others on how to create wealth, develop passive income streams, and improve themselves, is something I take great pleasure in doing. I feel that I am the right person to write this book because I have a deep motivation to help people and share my knowledge with the world. Since I've learned a lot about real estate, I feel compelled to help other people by sharing some of the knowledge I've gained. I will give you the step-by-step of the newest strategies to start a profitable business with long-term passive income, & avoid the pitfalls.
