E.A. Burnett

Biography

E.A. Burnett is a teen/new adult epic fantasy author. She has published two short stories (THE SASH-MAKER AND THE CONTRADICTORY QUEEN; EGG THIEF) and two novels (SILVERGLEN and ISLE OF WINGS), which take place in the same world. She's currently working on a new series in a new epic fantasy world.

Burnett grew up devouring works by Garth Nix, Robin McKinley, and Philip Pullman, among many other authors. She began her first novel in grade-school, with her youngest sister as her primary audience, and hasn’t stopped writing since. Today, Burnett lives in Ohio with her husband, children, and two Labradors.

I'm not a sporty person at all (more of a meditation/yoga in my undies person), but I do love playing a good game of badminton!

Mountains or Beach? Why?

Beach, but only freshwater (I'm from Michigan). Sunshine kisses, sand, and clear water as far as the eye can see. And let's be honest--I'm too lazy to climb mountains.
