Dave Lemel

I am currently working on a short story collection. It has been an enjoyable change after writing a three novel series. Switching from the same group of characters and story line for years to now jumping through new characters and stories every few weeks is exciting and fun.

Biography

Dave Lemel resides in a small village just north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with his lovely wife and two adorable daughters. His lifelong habits of daydreaming and scribbling notes one day combined with a love of reading and science fiction. Before he knew it he was filling notebooks that turned into books.

Your Dream Car

Honestly, considering the two small kids, the first thing that pops in my head these days when I see that question is a fully loaded station wagon or mini-van. In a past life I probably would've said late 50's or early 60's Cadillacs.

Favorite Sport

To watch: football. To participate in: skiing.

Mountains or Beach? Why?

Mountains. Nothing on Earth I've seen more beautiful than being in the mountains. Also, see "favorite sport" answer.

Do You Listen to Music While Writing? What Kind?

I do not usually but I have for certain situations occuring in the story. The type of music depended on the situation and I did find it helpful to fully immerse myself in the story.
