Returns and Exchanges
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
Damaged/Defective Product
For misprinted items or items damaged in transit, a free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with your order ID and required photo proof. If you need additional help, contact team@mybookcave.com.
Domestic Shipping
You can expect your orders to typically ship within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 days once shipped. Please note that on some occasions there are issues with orders that prevent us from staying within this time frame.
During busy times of the year (holidays, Mother’s Day, etc), our processing time may be longer.
International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the USA. We hope to look into more international shipping options in the future.
Changes to Orders
Because we often process items faster than we get a chance to sift through emails, we do not allow for changes to orders that have already been placed. If you notice an error with your order after purchase, we’ll try our best to accommodate you, but we cannot make any guarantees. Please double-check your order before completing it.
Gift Wrapping & Packaging
We are not able to offer gift wrap or gift messaging at this time. Please make your recipient aware ahead of time that the gift is coming.

I am in love with this cup. Every time I drink from it, I still giggle uncontrollably. I think it’s hilarious, and when my 5-year-old sees it, he love to say, “Mom, do you have INK in there?!” It’s so great!
I just leave my cup on the table all day with water so I can grab a sip any time. It doesn’t hold a lot, but it’s a good amount for a meal. I fill it up before and after eating, and it keeps the water pretty cool. Plus, the lid keeps out any dust or flies, or flung paint, or flying toys…Hey, I have kids. 🙂 And it’s my cup, and I only use it with water, so I wash it maaaaybe once a week…or every other week…ahem.
I also bought the ink drinker shirt–I’ve told so many people about how it is the French phrase for book worm. Really love this cup!
