Returns and Exchanges
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
Damaged/Defective Product
For misprinted items or items damaged in transit, a free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with your order ID and required photo proof. Domestic Shipping
You can expect your orders to typically ship within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 days once shipped. Please note that on some occasions there are issues with orders that prevent us from staying within this time frame.
During busy times of the year (holidays, Mother’s Day, etc), our processing time may be longer.
