As many of our sizes are unisex, please double-check to ensure you’re ordering the correct size. Some women may find they need to size down for a more classic fit. Men wanting a more relaxed fit may prefer to size up.

• Most colors: 100% cotton. Ash color: 99% cotton, 1% polyester. Athletic Heather and Black Heather: 90% cotton, 10% polyester. Solid Blends and all other Heather colors: 52% cotton, 48% polyester.

We recommend washing our t-shirts on the delicate cycle with cold water and tumbling dry on low. Shirts that are printed on 100% cotton tees may appear slightly faded after washing; in actuality this is the cotton fibers underneath the black ink that tend to stand up after being placed in the wash. If ironing is your jam, please do not do so over the ink. Some shrinkage may occur.

Washing:

• Cold Water: Wash in cold or cool water (30°C or 90°F) to prevent fading and shrinkage.
• Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the print from abrasion.
• Mild Detergent: Use a gentle detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners.
• Like Colors: Wash with similar colors to prevent color bleeding.
• Avoid Dry Cleaning: Dry cleaning can damage the print and the garment.

Drying:

• Tumble Dry Low: Tumble drying on low heat is acceptable, but hang drying is preferred.
• Avoid Heat: Excessive heat can damage the print and potentially cause shrinkage.

Ironing:

• Low Heat: Iron on a low heat setting, inside out.
• Avoid Ironing Print: Do not iron directly over the print.

Additional Tips:

• You may notice a faint, sometimes slightly vinegary, scent on new direct-to-garment (DTG) printed items. This is a normal part of the printing process and will disappear after the first wash.
• Garments, particularly lighter colors, can sometimes arrive with visible pre-treatment residue. This pre-treatment solution is crucial for direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, helping the ink bond to the fabric. The residue is normal and usually washes out completely with the first wash. Remember to wash printed garments cold, inside out, and tumble dry low.
• Avoid exposing pre-treated garments to direct sunlight before washing, as this can make the pre-treatment more difficult to remove.

Returns and Exchanges

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.

If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

Damaged/Defective Product

For misprinted items or items damaged in transit, a free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with your order ID and required photo proof. Domestic Shipping

You can expect your orders to typically ship within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 days once shipped. Please note that on some occasions there are issues with orders that prevent us from staying within this time frame.

During busy times of the year (holidays, Mother’s Day, etc), our processing time may be longer.

International Shipping

At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the USA. We hope to look into more international shipping options in the future.

Changes to Orders

Because we often process items faster than we get a chance to sift through emails, we do not allow for changes to orders that have already been placed. If you notice an error with your order after purchase, we’ll try our best to accommodate you, but we cannot make any guarantees. Please double-check your order before completing it.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

We are not able to offer gift wrap or gift messaging at this time. Please make your recipient aware ahead of time that the gift is coming.
