Ashley: I lived a nomadic existence, though I had no other choice. The only place he would return us to every year like clockwork was Ligonier, PA. That was where I met the one man who made me long for more.

But I couldn’t keep him.

I promised myself that one day I would make it back to the only place I had ever felt loved. I just didn’t know the secrets and lies I would be returning to.

Eric: She changed me, made me want to be a better man. I would have done anything for her, but she disappeared without even saying goodbye. I should have protected her, while I had her. My mind told me to move on, but my heart refused to go along with the idea.

If one day I got her back, I hoped she knew she would always be loved.
