He’s come to challenge everything Marsh thought he wanted from a man.
Marsh is pissed. He’s lost the benefits side of his friendship with Drew, and the lonely lifestyle of a trucker no longer holds its usual appeal. With his friends settling down, he’s not looking to join them any time soon. He’s convinced all he needs is a hook-up before he’s back to his old self.
When Perry walks into the truck stop diner he catches Marsh’s eyes, but not for long. His few extra pounds doesn’t exactly make him Marsh’s type, and on top of that, Perry stutters. But Perry shows Marsh just exactly how much fun stuttering and a few extra pounds can be smack in the middle of a truck stop with one narrow bed in the sleeper berth.
