Werner Neff

Biography

Werner Neff has a master’s degree (licentiate) in economics from St. Gallen University, Switzerland, and a PhD in political science from Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. Neff retired from an executive position in the successful mortgage and loan division of a large Swiss Bank and immigrated to the United States with his American wife.
Neff lives in Colorado, where he continues to be involved in economics and politics. He cherishes classical music and the extraordinary summer and winter sports in the mountains.
