I grew up in North Country, which is a small estate just on the outskirts of Redruth in South-West Cornwall.
I have three sisters: two older and one younger. Growing up they were my best friends and my worst enemies,
but those ups and downs strengthened the unbreakable bond we all have as adults.
My parents were my moral compass, guiding me without restraining; giving me just enough rope to discover
who I was then, and the person I wanted to become.
I have two young children who take up most of my time, but when I get the chance to remove my mummy hat,
I'm just a Cornish maid who loves to write.
During my teenage years I enjoyed writing poetry, but as life's responsibilities increased, I forgot to make the time for it.
I went to college and trained to be a Holistic Therapist;
took a three-month break to travel around Western Europe with my Fiancé in a beat-up VW, and
worked as a Pharmacy Assistant before giving birth to my Son in 2011.
I love to Crochet.
I shaved off my widow's peak when I was little, and it's never properly grown back.
I am currently writing my fith novel: Pursuing Madness, part of the Soul Pair Series.
I write the stories that I want to read, with characters whose journeys I want to be a part of.
I hope you enjoy going along on those journeys as well.
