Biography
Nasir Khan started writing at a very young age and published his first kids' storybook at the age of 12. He went on to train as an Engineer and graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT India).
He and his wife moved to the United States in 2000 and Nasir continued to write, though his writings were all focused on technology subjects. (e.g. developer.com, tech blog, Java specifications JSR 289 etc). He won the star spec lead award and outstanding spec lead award for his early draft of the JSR289 specification.
He is a long-time Google Engineer and in one of his roles where he was the head of the Android developer site, managing content editors and engineers for its millions of visitors.
Nasir became deeply interested in the study of health topics due to his challenges with health and started writing both a book and a health management mobile app a few years ago.
He has multiple interests in both reading and writing from health, wellness, fitness, self-help, history, technology, and science. He lives in San Jose, CA with his wife and son.
