Hi, everyone! It's that time of year again. At 12:01 a.m., July 1st, another Camp NaNoWriMo kicks off. Once again, I'll be joining writers from around the world as we try to write new projects ... or complete some unfinished ones. So I'm plotting and outlining like mad and looking forward to 31 days of craziness. :)

Biography

Kristy K. James' first goal in life was to work in law enforcement, until the night she called the police to check out a scary noise in her yard. Realizing that she might someday have to investigate scary noises in yards just as dark as hers if she continued on that path, she turned to her other favorite love...writing. Since then her days have been filled with being a mom and reluctant zookeeper (7 pets), creating stories, and looking for trouble in her kitchen.

I've been every state in the most direct route from Michigan to California, Florida, and Washington D.C. I've also been to Mississippi and Louisiana. Do those count as exotic? :D

What Shampoo Do You Use?

My favorite is Garnier but if I can get a good deal on other brands, I'll get those instead.

A dark gray or dark red 4-door Jeep Wrangler

Volleyball

Mountains or Beach? Why?

The Great Lakes beaches. Why? Because they're beautiful, they're close to home (so I can go more often), and I can enjoy the waves, the breezes, and the gulls. There are also no sharks. :D

If I want to be really productive, I listen to Canon in D. And Canon in D. And Canon in D. For whatever reason, my brain hears it - but tunes it out - and I get more written.
