Kim S. Kinney

Biography

Bestselling author, Kim S. Kinney is just a regular gal doing her best to keep all the plates spinning while being bombarded by the craziness of life. She is constantly trying to figure out which plates can topple and which ones need to keep twirling. As a wife, mom, author, and Bible study teacher, life can be full to overflowing at times.

Born in South Dakota and raised in Wisconsin, she currently does life in North Carolina. Kim is a lover of Jesus, words and their derivations, reading, dogs, swimming, cycling, and anything that hints of adventure. If a snowstorm hits, you are likely to find her sledding down the local hill with the neighborhood kids or frolicking, arms outstretched, in joyful abandon.

Kim has been a devoted student of God’s Word her entire adult life and has taught in many capacities. Over fifteen years ago, she founded and led an online ministry, The Edge, for young adults and professionals. It grew quickly and boasted a presence in eight countries. It was during these years that God birthed in her a love for writing.

And Kim has taken that writing to a different platform in the form of a book series. Her debut best-selling book, Living for His Glory, is the first of three on the topic of living in victory for the glory of God as the greatest priority of our lives.
