Julie Matern

Biography

Julie was born and raised in London, England. She attended an all girls high school and graduated with honors from the University of Exeter.
She met her Mr. Darcy in France while teaching English and he carried her away to the United States where they have lived happily ever after since.
They moved all over the States while raising a large family and a couple of dogs, and have settled in the mountains where they pay rent for the spectacular view in snow showers and windstorms.
Now Julie is content to write, sew, travel, play pickleball (don’t knock it ‘till you try it) and pursue her love of photography.
