Biography

Hi, I’m Jennifer Cauli, an Italian food photographer and writer based in London. I co-founded Pocket Sardinia, a website dedicated to sharing the beauty and traditions of Sardinia, with guides on the best places to go and things to do on the island.

I grew up in a family obsessed with food, enjoying my mum’s delicious cooking and eating homegrown fruits and vegetables from our family’s land. There was always enough food to feed a small army, even though there were only four of us, and it brought us so much happiness. As I moved from Sardinia to London, I found myself working in restaurants, where my interest in food deepened.

For over seven years, I’ve been combining my love for food, travel, and photography, capturing the vibrant flavours and stories of the culinary world.
