Spells and Spooks
I’m back in the last place I want to be. A place where my magic went rogue, and people died. I messed up big time. I have no friends to help me. No family left. And not even a witch’s familiar to keep me on the right path.
Magic used to flow through me, but now I’m a lone witch, drained of power and hoping I can sneak into Witch Haven, clear up the mess my stepmom left, and get out alive.
Hexes and Haunts
I survived my first week in Witch Haven! I found old friends, amazing familiars, and even a few allies . . . but then my best friend vanished.
Luna’s been missing for days and I’m freaking out. Who took her? Why? Am I to blame? Having tackled pesky ghosts and stayed one step ahead of the Magic Council, I knew my luck wouldn’t hold.
The Magic Council catch me, and I’m in oodles of trouble. But then smack me on the head with a broomstick, I’m saved by Olympus Duke, Head of the Magic Council.
Well, I say saved. He lands me with a hexing problem. And that problem involves possessed killer dolls and gnomes with attitude. Is he trying to get me killed? If he is, he’s not the only one. With the villagers on a witch hunt, it’s only a matter of time before I find myself on a burning pyre. Chargrilled witch, anyone?
Curses and Corpses
I didn’t think things could get any weirder in Witch Haven. How wrong was I! I’m in disguise, hiding from my friends and familiars, and getting way too comfortable spending time with someone who should be my enemy. If only Olympus Duke wasn’t so handsome and reliable.
Tasked with investigating why the dead have started rising, I’m being pulled in too many directions. My best friend is still missing, and the dark magic grows stronger every day. Throw in a few moldering corpses, and this witch needs a vacation.
But there’s no time to rest. Especially not when I learn my best friend’s life is at risk. Just when we’re making progress, everyone loses their memories, apart from me and an unhelpful cemetery guardian with a chip on her shoulder. I’m on my own again. But this time, I refuse to give up.
Will I survive this final mystery, or will the corpses win and hold a marshmallow toasting celebration as I meet a fiery end?
