A beautiful ending to the Pangur Ban series. Finnglas’ position as Queen is precarious as her uncle looses the unbroken white colt and claims the land where the colt runs. I love the way the author uses the legend of the Great Mare to illustrate how so often the truth is distorted by those who seek to control others.
