Black Water native Blaire Baker is excited about traveling to Borslav, a remote town in Eastern Europe where she will be volunteering at St. Sebastian orphanage, a place where people of the region discard their unwanted children.

Upon arrival, Blaire is shocked by the nefarious nature of the staff and the deplorable conditions of the facility and the children. Soon peculiar things begin happening, including Blaire’s flashbacks of the accident that killed her parents. Blaire notices odd injuries on the children and first suspects the workers of sinister deeds, but she soon believes that the evil in St. Sebastian is far from human.
