Description
When the Head Clown at Blackpool Tower Circus turns up dead in suspicious circumstances, a criminal investigation ensues, headed by DCI Walker. But when another body turns up just days later, with the same modus operandi, the double homicide becomes the talk of the town. With the town on red alert, the so-called mastermind of these acts surprises everyone again; only this time, no-one is complaining, except for Walker and his team, that is.
