Description

When a shape-shifter turns up at Amanda’s home, demanding that Amanda goes with him, Kat kills the shapeshifter, and then she and Amanda go on the run, thinking that the Faction has found them. Kat’s dislike for werewolves is not something that she hides very well, but she grudgingly tells Amanda that they have to find Fenris, as she may not be able to protect the Empath by herself.

Using Amanda’s powers, they manage to locate Fenris.

In this story, Fenris goes to war with the Faction, aided by the new characters who were introduced in the previous book, and a new one in this book.
