Description
In the summer of 1988, Timothy Waters, a frail, asthmatic boy entered Camp High Tide. His parents wanted him to play and interact with the other kids but a group of rowdy campers had other plans. He’s harassed and bullied, but when given an ultimatum to end his predicament, it leads to his death.
Thirty years later, Detective Nash, after losing his wife to cancer, he continues living through the mundane cases of lost cats and drunken slobs. Until a dreadful call comes in; Charlie Hamilton, the local drunk and prior proprietor of Camp High Tide has been killed.
When the investigation into the mysterious death leads him to a dead end, all Nash has to go on is the Timothy Waters case.
After Nash tracks the former campers down, a storm rages through town. Bodies are left in its wake, each death similar and equally horrifying from the last. He races against a ghastly force in an attempt to stop the killings.
