Katie and Max meet at The Attic. It’s obviously divine intervention, but they are stubborn. After an impassioned kiss, they go their separate ways. But providence has other plans for the two of them. They are continuously thrown together and rather quickly get to know each other. On paper they don’t seem to work, but when they’re together, all laws are thrown out the window. They are like a bird with a beautiful song, a cabbie on the streets of New York City, or a crisp wave crashing against the Maui shore—a perfect fit.

The Love is a Destination series doesn’t have to be read in order. Each couple gets their happily ever after before THE END. But reading in order does make the experience more fun.
