The Last Hero

For decades, a police officer has not stepped foot inside the gang-controlled Crystal City.

But then someone decides to fight back. Brady Simmonelli, businessman and entrepreneur, convinces the remaining city government to create the Hero Factory. By converting qualified Applicants into Heroes, the Hero Factory is able to create men and women with augmented powers and abilities; heroes who are able to overpower the gangs and return control of the city to the government.
