Description
The Vietnam War story told through the eyes of one girl who lived through it. After Saigon fell, Socialism took their businesses and their money, and tried to take their souls. At twelve years old, Thanh set out on a riverboat, hoping to make it to Australia where she could live in freedom. Pirates ended that dream and nearly ended her life.
Through more death-defying trials than most experience in a lifetime, she persevered and now lives in America, thankful to the USA and all military, especially those who fought for her home country, Vietnam.
