Polly, Stubby & Al

Description

This is an illustrated story about the Donovan family and their three pets. Polly is a multi-colored talking parrot, Stubby a lovable, bowlegged English bulldog, and Al an injured black crow who, once mended, stays with the family and learns to speak. Al turns out to be a funny and mischievous bird. Together, the pets create chaos, anxiety ,and many hilarious situations for their owners.

On a sunny day, while flying in the sky, Al the crow is caught in a sudden storm. The sky has turned black, lightning is flashing, wind is whipping, and there’s heavy rain. Al calls for help. However, the family can only helplessly watch as Al is tossed in the winds and is blown toward the nearby dense forest. Does Al survive? Do they ever see their pet crow again?
