Description
Constance the hunter is looking forward to the Celtic music festival . . . and not only because of her new-found love of Irish music. It’s the first big festival with vampires openly taking the stage, the first big event where vampires and humans will be mingling. She’s determined that it goes smoothly, another proof that paranormals and humans can coexist.
A rogue vampire dies under mysterious circumstances just before the festival, splitting her attention between the festival and the conundrum. Is there an unsanctioned hunter on her territory? Maybe one who doesn’t follow the Accords?
But then an Accords-following vampire is murdered, right at the festival, and Constance’s Council friend is accused. Constance is confident in her skill with blades, but it will take cunning, reason, and deductive skills to save her friends and the Accords.
The more she learns, the less things make sense. And the deeper she digs, the more she thinks she may be in over her head.
