If you love dogs, then you’re going to fall in love with Seamus, the lonely golden retriever, and his exciting story.

Seamus is lonely. His best friend Sophie keeps on leaving him at home all day. He really misses her. If only he could talk; he has such a lot he’d like to say, especially to Sophie . . . but he’s just a dog.

Seamus wants to know why she keeps leaving him to go to something called “work,” whatever that is. She must have found a new best friend.

Sophie meanwhile, is having trouble in her job as a casting agent. She just can’t seem to find the right actor to play the leading man in a film she’s working on. Seamus would be perfect for the role, but he’s just a dog.

Then one day, something mysterious happens when Sophie dusts off her old magic wand, and both their lives change . . .
