Description
Ellen Whistler-Cooper was stunned when her husband of 33 years died suddenly of an unexpected heart attack. But not so shocked as when she discovers she really did not know Robert at all. Going through his things, Ellen realizes she never got to know her husband deep down. When the lawyer presents the will to Ellen and her son, Tyler, Ellen is thrown into a spiral as she learns he owned a house in St. Catharines, Ontario, all the way on the other side of the country. What was he doing with that house?
Intrigued and curious, Ellen decides to travel to Ontario and check out this house; after all, she is a Real Estate Agent, and she may be able to turn a good profit selling it. But when Ellen arrives, she discovers more and more secrets about her husband, Robert . . . or Bobby as the people there know him by.
Under the guise of being Bobby’s sister, Ellen takes time to meet all the people he knew in St. Catharines, and she is astounded by how much she did not know about her husband.
What will Ellen find in St. Catharines, and can she finally find happiness and peace while wondering about her dead husband whom it seems she never really knew? Will this keep her from moving on? Will her own secrets destroy any chance she has of making a new life and perhaps even finding love . . . possible for the first time?
