Description
Chris Crutcher is a divorced father, struggling to raise his eight-year-old son, Tommy, a child with autism. Tommy self-abuses, doesn’t speak, and lives inside his shell. However, one day during a trip to the San Diego Zoo, Chris discovers that Tommy appears to have an uncanny ability to communicate with chimpanzees.
Like No Other Boy is the story about how the boy, the father, and a biomedically abused chimp come together.
