Felicity is a bright young sparrow who loves to read.  In fact, she’s even got a collection of little, sparrow-sized books on a bookshelf in her woodpecker-carved home. In this middle-grade story, she goes on an adventure to help some fairies save their queen from a wicked wizard hawk.

Readers young and old will find themselves able to relate to her love of adventure and to appreciate her unselfish nature which leads her to take on the difficult and frightening task of helping a group of fairies on a dangerous quest.
