Description
Daniel never intended to be a widower, a single father, or an alcoholic, but he’s determined to get his life together and do better both for himself and his boys. When his therapist suggests taking an art class, Daniel pictures learning from an older woman in a paint-stained smock. He couldn’t be more wrong.
A high school art teacher, Valerie adores painting and children. She’s content with her life, but when Daniel walks into her summer community education class, she wonders if there’s something she’s missing out on.
Daniel isn’t sure there’s a place for a motorcycle-riding artist in his life and in the lives of his children. And Valerie, knowing well how long and hard the road to addiction recovery is, doesn’t know if she should risk her heart. Can two broken people master their fears to face the future together?
