Description
Wind Storm, a Dark Master? The Rings of Power lost? Can the young dragon regain his lost honor and the rings, or is he lost forever to the evil ones?
With each step, Wind Storm battles pain, distress, and doubt. The agony and the cost of using the ring’s power intensify each time he calls on their wondrous magic. Moreover, using the rings to help and protect his comrades means calling to their evil nemesis, who desires nothing less than to slay the little company.
Each painful step. Day after day. Wind Storm’s memories are of happier times with family, playing with the other sproggers—what he should be doing now. Instead, Wind Storm must lead the company in its fight to save Erdron.
But with each step, he sees his lost mother. With each step, he sees his friends hurting, hungry, and hoping to live another day. At each step, the pressure of the company depending on him for leadership and their very survival grows heavier and heavier.
When the attack finally comes, and someone he loves deeply dies under the monster’s hand, Wind Storm snaps. In his rage, he destroys everything—and not just the enemy. Trust and the Rings—gone.
Seeing the consequence of his actions, Wind Storm is lost and confused. Will his friends—will Grandpa ever trust him, love him, again? Is there no hope for Erdron? Or will Wind Storm restore what was lost?
