Megan and her Great Dane, Fred, look out on a panicked group of swimmers. One of the contestants in a local swim contest is unconscious after attempting the practice swim. Megan’s head is spinning; she barely stopped her boyfriend Santiago from diving in, but he still plans to compete in the swim competition in two weeks. The truth about the sunken swimmer quickly becomes her first priority. After all, Santiago just survived a terrible recovery from an illness she’d wish to forget.
