In the future, Earth is the second planet of the Dodecahedral Empire, London its capital, and there live two teens.

Teodor, loyal, honest, hardworking yet plagued by bad dreams. An imperial prince and protector of the Empire of Earth and her six planets, he was born after the Dome was built to protect the city of London. He is the last heir to two thrones, both Earth and also the 12 planets of the Dodecahedral but only if he survives to age 18.

Guy Erma, driven, determined, yet watchful and not trusting the adults around him, he dreams of joining the Dome Militant Space Defence, the protectors of Earth and her Empire, but his application is flawed—his birth was never registered. By law, he does not exist. So what is his future, if he has no family, no home, no nothing, to call his own?
