Neither of which is normal. So, when the Summer Court summons me for help, I go.
As I’m drawn into a web of courtly politics, cunning schemes, and dark secrets, it’s suddenly unclear who I can trust. My four fae instructors stand by my side, but someone is sharing our plans with the enemy.
Has one of them turned against me?
Even if we save the realm from utter destruction, I doubt my heart will survive.

I was going to continue the series, but book 3 seems to be missing from Amazon… And I don’t really want to skip it and go to 4... So I’m leaving this series until 3 becomes available and I remember to come check.
There are also some parts that I can’t believe her mates would just idly sit by and not be with her. Majority of the story she discovers Liam and Roarke but I find it hard to believe that Fin and Kael would let her walk into another fae territory without them knowing she was their mate.
Was looking forward to reading book 3 but after book 2 ending... hmm. Maybe I need a break.
My take on the book:
It was good, entertaining and an easy read. While (in my honest opinion) not as good as the first, I still liked it!
World-building was very good, we moved into the Summer, again into Autumn and the Academy, so a nice and varied change of scenery. Scenes and environments were described very well and detailed, making it easy for immersive reading.
Character development was good. Norah slowly finds out more about herself, her heritage and powers. Unfortunately we don't really get to know much more about her men, well, except for Rourke who opens up (finally).
Pacing and flow were good, leaving enough time in between for the story to unfold.
The book itself was well written with no (noticeable) errors. There is sex described in this book (if that is important to you, though if it was... you wouldn't be reading a reverse harem book now would you?), though it isn't rly described. It happens aaaaaaaaaand that's it, which (again, for me) makes it lean more to the YA side instead of adult.
All in all a good continuation of the series, some mayor revelations and stuff happening and I must say... looking forward to reading part 3 soon!

I was expecting this huge epic scene and it was kinda flat.
The rest of the story was great. Wish she had more of a relationship with all of them though.
