If you are someone who's life seems to be getting off track and you feel like you spend more time worrying about things then actually getting them done, this is a great book to get you back on track. My family has become a bit overwhelming for me at the moment and I feel like I can't get anything done because I have this dark cloud over my head. I am usually the kind of person that has lists and gets things done. I needed a refresher to remind me how to get things back under control. Rule #5 is by far the hardest one for me which is stop multitasking. In everyone's mind if they are multitasking they are multiplying what they are getting done but in fact you are just doing multiple things that you are not doing your best and likely things you won't finish. THis book is a great reminder for me on how to maximize my time. My husband has ADHD and is time blind so this is going to be a great book for him to read as well and hopefully make the best of his time.

This is a very simple to follow, practical common sense book on time management. I especially liked the summaries at the end of each chapter. Rule number six is especially relevant on eating the frog first, or starting with what’s most difficult. There are some very good principles covered throughout the book and it’s easy to follow. there weren’t a lot of source references for additional research, but the basics covered are very practical and immediately applicable.

A fundamental book on time management. Nothing too complicated and not just a bunch of hacks or advanced tips (although there are a few good ones) this is more of a mindset + checklist. What are those things you need to do in order to be a more organized, in-control person. I especially liked the emphasis on not procrastinating and how doing so creates a domino effect.

This little book is filled with a lot of good advice. Some of it I've heard before from most time management experts (Do the most important tasks first, do something now, etc.) but there a bunch of other nuggest of wisdom throughout, including fun quotes about time management by the the likes of muhammad ali and others.

This is a great book for anyone who wants to use and manage their time more efficiently. As someone who struggles with the symptoms of ADHD, this book was particularly useful. It guides the reader to establish routines and encourages him or her to plan, avoid procrastination, prioritize tasks, and avoid multitasking. I highly recommend this book.
