I have to admit, that Simone Leigh is my literary hero. Her writing style, characters, and world-building combine to create a stunning reading experience that inspires loyalty and a following. The plot of the story is so complex and intriguing that I don't want to spoil it for anyone. However, I will say that my feelings towards Georgie have changed, Borje is starting to irritate me, and I'm proud of Richard for standing up for what he believes in. This book is a real nail-biter

In this third installment of “Best Served Cold”, we get to see another side of Georgie, her strength and survival spirit. As the guys make plans for de Palo, Larry makes sure that the women are okay. This Well-written, original story has drama, intrigue, and action with twists and turns that continue to surprise. The fantastic combination of world-building, plot, and characters makes it a perfect addition to the series. Excited for the next installment!. I received a free copy of this book

This story picks up with Georgie being a “guest” of dePalo. With so many details around the situation involving Hickman, I couldn’t read the novel fast enough. Fast paced suspense with the ever-looming threat to family made this a great part of the overall story to read. Can’t wait to get my hands on the finale!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
