Really enjoyed the practical applications of the content. Easy to apply in my own business and love the reminder to focus on appreciating accomplishments, particularly in this day and age where everyone is strung out and needs some positivity. Great to see this philosophy applied through the book in real life stories. Would highly recommend if you manage people for a living.

This book is one of the best business books that I have read in a long time. It’s message is simple - put your people first, focussing on success and your business will thrive. The book uses case studies from the long term health industry in Canada, but the lessons are relevant to any business anywhere. I highly recommend this book!
