Review

"I like the logistical details of troubleshooting in the book. There was an example of asking why five times to get to the root cause of the problem, making it a practice of uncovering layers to the solution. The structure is a pragmatic viewpoint that takes data into problem solving and not emotions. I'm completely robotic in my decision making, so this book was right up my alley.

It also incorporates the idea of intuition and experience, which essentially is data based on just being alive. There's a balance to finding what kind solution fits what kind of brain or personality. I really liked the book in the way it spells out things that are completely obvious, but we don't stop to think about how our brain works. Very helpful."

"Most people already use a high degree of discernment in their everyday lives. The book "Master Critical Thinking, Creative, Logic, and Problem Solving Skills" helps you refine your decision-making using proven techniques. But what is critical thinking? The author describes it as the process of collecting, analyzing, and evaluating information for decision-making. Critical thinking is about using reason to guide your decisions. Additionally, critical thinking involves questioning each step in your thought process. Developing critical thinking skills allows you to think rationally and critically by understanding the connection between multiple parameters and the effect of their interaction. Book 1 is A Guide to Critical Thinking. Book 2 deals with making winning decisions. Book 3 teaches how to use logical reasoning to improve your life. Book 4 is A Guide to Creative Thinking. I found the book easy to read and follow. It is very concise and to the point."

-Marco W.

"This easy to read and well-organized book is really four books in one. Each section takes the reader through easy to understand concepts with practical solutions.

Very helpful was the section on logical reasoning, discussing different kinds of logical reasoning, developing critical thinking skills and applying them to daily life.

The book outlines how to improve problem-solving skills with very helpful question and answer exercises. What is best about the book is that it gives practical examples, providing exercises to develop logical reasoning skills to expand your skills set. As a creative thinker, it clearly explains how to bring new perspectives to problem-solving.

Overall, this book is a very useful user manual, not just a one-time read."

"This book is a step-by-step guide to critical thinking. It dwells on almost every problem-solving skill necessary for the development of the student, business manager, and up to the corporate CEO. It teaches how to analyze each problem in creating the best possible results, be it physical, social, or financial. It encourages us to abandon fear and ignorance, and to access each problem in a clear and comprehensive manner. Critical thinking is a skill that we must learn and develop for the benefit of self, family, and society in general."

The author did a great job in breaking down these topics into actionable steps: critical thinking, creative, logic, and problem solving skills. Each skill has it's own book which is easy to read and informative so you don't get lost in the weeds. Being in the second half of my life, I feel these important life skills are lacking in our society. Therefore, I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to make better decisions to improve their life.

Master Critical Thinking, Creative, Logic & Problem Solving Skills was a great book to read. It explores all aspects of critical thinking giving examples and techniques on how to improve the way you think—great job by the author in explaining logical thinking and problem-solving.

I'll be honest and say that I do not necessarily agree with all of the author's points of view on certain things. However, he does do a very good job explaining what critical thinking is, how to improve your cirtical thinking skills, and how to discover areas in your thinking that need objective examination. So, on that front I agree that what the author teaches about thinking critically and how to get there is good. I especially appreciate that he gives example scenarios to explain and expose various areas in logic. So, I'll finish by saying the book and the author deliver on their promise.

Thought - provoking! An under-represented skill in the professional workplace, and for all the reasons the book highlights, is more essential than ever. It provides examples of transformative processes for readers to become better versions of themselves.

Invaluable - on constructive conflict and opposing viewpoints in the ability to increase collaboration, encourage curiosity, generate new ideas, and problem-solving. These disparities are inevitable and rather than glaze over them or allow them to become divisive, there is much to be learned through problem-solving. In total agreement that as stated, it’s not a one-time guide, but a user's manual.

It’s an Imperative as there is often inherent complexity and increased need for speed due to technological change. It heightens the need for discernment of truth over disinformation as information proliferates on the internet and the widespread use of AI. It focuses on innovation as a process.

The advice on dealing with complex problems is especially beneficial as far too often there is incomplete information or lack of certainty that can slow or stifle progress. The point that any action you take is better than no action because it provides feedback, and that becomes a guide for how to proceed encourages active participation and a safe space for experimentation.
It goes beyond the common definitions of familiar topics into thoughtful and provocative truths, especially around the different types of motivation.

I am just beginning a "deep dive" into Critical Thinking. This book is a great starting point. Easy to read and understand. Excellent examples. Might not be for those who are really into C/T, but it worked well for me.

Four short books combined in one, well-written, quick read that summarizes various aspects of problem-solving, critical thinking, and logic. It's an effective approach to spend just a few sentences on many vital principles, providing readers with a good introduction to important concepts in a short amount of time. However, at times, it may feel rushed, moving quickly from one concept to the next with little mention of sources or additional reading. Overall, I appreciated the book as an introduction to mastering logical thinking, and I do recommend it.

This book explains critical thinking pretty well, and you do come away knowing how to develop this way of thinking after reading it. However, I question some of the examples provided, as I don't think the author clearly showed how they applied critical thinking to the situation. Plus, "4 books in 1" may sound like a steal, but much of the information is actually redundant. One coherent, properly structured book would've been better for me.

I've already started reading book two after finishing book one. I found the book to be very useful as a reference for the future, so I bought a paperback copy today just in case. It's an eye-opening book that breaks down every situation into its individual components. This helps me to identify the underlying issues and take actionable steps to overcome them when reflecting or journaling.

Breaking down components can be challenging to do mentally, so writing it down helps the brain and allows me to better understand the problem. It's especially necessary when we develop negative habits from repeated behaviors, like wallowing in self-pity and victim mentality. I've found myself struggling with these behaviors in the past, and I hate it.

This book has made me realize how to get out of such developed behaviors like a lifejacket been thrown at me. It's essential to learn from situations like a friendship breakup, coping with the death of a loved one, or facing social rejection, instead of going into destructive behavior. The book has given me actionable guidance to get out of these behaviors and float to safety.
