I picked up this book knowing it was going to boarder on the darker side of topics but wow, I found myself unable to put it down. Liberty is a character that frustrates and surprises me. Her story begins when she attends a charity ball on the arm of a wealthy man and crosses paths with two more men, Angel and Sawyer. She thinks nothing of it but one of those men, Angel, finds her unforgettable. Liberty whole life is about to change and it continues to twist as the truth of her predicament comes to light. Just when Liberty/Ivy begins to accept her new reality and settle in, her world literally is turned upside by what happens. This story ends on one heck of a cliffhanger but worth every word. Enjoy!. Dark eroticism! A chance meeting, an unhappy marriage, an online temptation, and now she is a sex slave on a private island full of depravity. Everything is taken away from her; her husband, her freedom, even her name. This story is an enticing glimpse into a world of titillating control and violence. The cliffhanger ending couldn’t be at a worse moment but it left me curious about where the series is going from here. I received an advance copy but my review is honest and voluntary.

Let me start by saying never in my life has a cliffhanger affected me as much as this book. I am anxiously awaiting the next book. I'm on the verge of biting my nails and I've never bit my nails. I am so in love with Angel that there must be something wrong with me. I really hope by the end of the third book that Liberty and Angel will have a happily ever afterI received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
