When asked for her thoughts after a swimmer dies during a two-mile practice swim in Seacrest, Megan must also navigate her feelings for Santiago now that he is recovering from his illness. This story has some action, but the love and romance abound with a happy ending. Very highly recommended.

Megan and Santiago are a couple now and Santiago is recovered from his treatment for his melanoma. Megan still worries and is upset when he wants to do an open sea swim. During the practice swim, one swimmer is pulled from the water…dead. Megan is drawn into the investigation, having met the victim and the suspects. Soon, she is drawn into danger herself.
I like the setting, the characters, and the mystery. Fred, the Great Dane, is a great character in his own right.

Another wonderful murder mystery with really good characters that make you feel for them. Santiago just got past a serious illness that could have meant his life. Megan is keeping such a tight eye on him since. So when Santiago signed up for a swimming competition, she became a mama bear. While walking Fred along the beach, she sees Santiago getting ready for his practice swim. But when one of the swimmers goes in to swim, he drowns. He doesn't come back up. What happened? He was a swimmer. Megan and Santiago and of course, Fred investigate the death. There turns out to be so many suspects and a lot to wade through. And of course, there is the problem between Santiago and Megan. He wants a girlfriend, not a mother bear. Can they work that out? I love this series and have to read the books in this series in one sitting because I can't stop turning pages, the flow is so easy. And if you think you can figure out who the killer is in the end, you can't. We are always surprised in this series and especially in this book.

It’s the day of the practice swim for the open swim contest. Megan and her dog Fred are walking the beach with Security when she sees her boyfriend Santiago getting ready to swim. The whistle blew and the practice started, with Santiago still talking to Megan. Within minutes, one of the swimmers goes under and doesn’t come back up. What happened? No one saw anything. Did a shark pull him down? Was it murder? Megan gets involved in the investigation and it seems everyone is a suspect. Lots of twists and turns and you will be surprised at the ending! I love this series and even though it is the fifth book in the series, you will be able to read it easily as a stand-alone. Can’t wait for the next book!

This is the first book I have read by Rimmy London. It moved quickly keeping me turning pages to see what next was going to happen. There was good detail so I was able to visualize what was going on. Megan and Santiago are coming closer. Megan has another mystery of why someone unconscious. Someone goes under and dies. Will Santiago become one of the swimmers that something happens too? What is happening? Will someone else die? She is going to find out.

Megan and Santiago are one of my favorite couples in the cozy mystery world! In this 5th book of the Megan Henny Cozy Mystery series, Rimmy London does not disappoint! When a swimmer dies during a training swim for a competition Santiago is supposed to be swimming in, Megan and Santiago jump into the investigation. This book is filled with the ups and downs of relationships, chasing after clues, enough twists and turns to keep you guessing and one very large and very special Great Dane named Fred. There was even a scene that was so touching it brought me to tears! If I could give it 6 stars I would!!

Megan and Santiago have made it to couple status and of course Fred is still a star in the story.
A swimming trial and a missing swimmer has the two on the trail.
This is book five in the series, but that doesn't matter, you can start off by reading this one and be caught up.

Megan and Crystal meet up with Aaron and his friends and Crystal goes out on a date with him. Unfortunately, Aaron dies in a swimming accident but was it really an accident? A well crafted plot describing Megan's quest for the truth and the danger she exposes herself to, in order to find Aaron's killer. As always her boyfriend, Santiago is there to protect her. A romantic suspense which had me riveted.
