About this ebook

Advancements in artificial intelligence and robotics are accelerating, and killer robots loom on the horizon. Like the atomic bomb, warbots raise moral dilemmas for their creators. And also new fears, because they might go rogue and attack civilians - or even their own makers. In the Argus Affair, U.S. president Henry Dodge Yazzi confronts the challenge head on, recruiting cybersecurity expert Frank Adversego to help avert an arms race with the Chinese that could have catastrophic results. But unknown to all, another force to be reckoned with has plans of its own.

Soon, most of the world’s leading artificial intelligence and robotics experts find themselves in a dire situation that none could have imagined and perhaps no one can control.
