The Savage Heir: A Stalker, New Adult Mafia Romance

This is book three in The Lupu Chronicles Series and it is Nicu and Jewel's story and it is definitely a must read. Jewel's best friend Cat is engaged to Nicu but she is in love with his brother Luca so Jewel decides to help her best friend get the man she loved but what Jewel wasn't prepared for was her reaction to Nicu and she couldn't go there as he was engaged to Cat at the moment. Nicu is engaged to a woman that he doesn't want and he also knows that his brother is in love with her so he is determined to keep pushing them together until they do something about it and then he sees Jewel and he knows that he wants her and what Nicu wants he gets so he is hopeful that with Luca taking Cat home and they spend the night together the engagement that Nicu never wanted will be broken. Jewel and Nicu spent the night together but Jewel felt so guilty that she couldn't see Nicu again even though she really wanted to. The chemistry between Nicu and Jewel was so hot and intense that you could feel it sizzling of the pages of this book but will they ever be able to sort out there differences and be able to trust each other and be equals so that they can be together or will everything fall apart missing out on something special. I am absolutely addicted to this book and I couldn't put it down as it was a real page turner with a storyline that pulled you in right from the start and kept your attention and on the edge of your seat right until the last page and I can't wait to read the next book in this series. Monique Moreau is an amazing author and writer and she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention and I look forward to reading more of her books in the future as they are definitely worth reading.
