Overview

"What if I told you I know a secret? Not surprising, we all do. What about a hundred secrets? Still not interested? What about thousands of secrets from hundreds of people? Welcome to my brain, and the brain of every therapist I know." Secret Keeper is a peak behind the curtain of therapy, sharing some of the stories and lessons I've learned with and from my clients honoring client privacy along the way. The journey highlights the struggles of vulnerability and fear and the reasons therapists become helpers. This book hopes to demystify the process of therapy and encourage anyone to seek the support we all deserve. I hope you will enjoy the magic of connection and feel we were never meant to go it alone.

We have two cats and we enjoy any time we can spend outdoors.
