I loved this series since the first book.love the short chapters to get me through the book quicker. The weird thing is though, it also taught me actual history which I love. And it kind of twists the history into kind of a dystopian society in a way. Looking forward to book 9! Thanks Alex!:) btw. You inspired me to do a project on Jack the ripper;)

ALEX SCARROW has been a rock guitarist, a graphic artist, and a computer games designer. He is the author of several adult thrillers, including Last Light and A Thousand Suns. This is his first novel for young adults. He lives in England with his wife and son.
