I liked the book enough to finish it but mainly because I wanted to the know the ending. I thought the challenges would display their intellectual and problem solving abilities but it really was more like The Bachelor, which I'm glad that was how the competition was described. Maybe if they weren't royals and just a rich family, the storyline would be more believable lol. It was a good enough short and semi funny read.

I found the story line slightly unbelievable. And that part at the end where the prince is swimming on his underwear in public... come on! I always like royal stories cause it pleases my fantasies however this one just didn't do it for me. I have no desire to continue with the rest of the series.

Truth be told I generally steer clear of royal romances. I've just not found many that beat the superficial levels. This book is probably case in point. Fun in a simplistic way, but didn't really satisfy my need for deeper human interaction and complexity, and I found the characters to be a bit one dimensional. Oh well! Nice to try. Dual pov (though some missed opportunities to delve in at the right moment there), some open door sexy times. Stand-alone and first in series. No obvious grammatical issues.
