At page 40, a screen appeared telling me I had finished the book and would I like to review it? Well, it would get a ZERO if available. I have looked and there appears to be no way to acquire the rest of the book. I will not be reading more of Ms. Astor's books if this is the technical quality of her eBook publishing.
